New learners create a free training-only account here, then use Training Center and Continue training after login. Need a custom arrangement or billing questions? Contact us. Company staff should use their normal hiring or employee login.

Start with no tuition upfront. Work through the lessons and knowledge checks for the modules you select.
Exam retakes
Up to three scored final-exam attempts per module. Question and answer order refresh when you load the exam so retakes stay fair.
Pass → unlock
After you pass and staff approves your run, you unlock the certificate for the listed fee. You get a PDF plus a public verification ID only after that step.

- Complete modules — structured lessons and section checks.
- Take the exam — if you don't pass, you can retry (up to three scored attempts).
- When you pass — after staff confirms your run, you see “Unlock your certificate” for the listed fee. Pay once to download the PDF and receive your verification ID for public lookup.
Onboarding vs this program
Employed field staff: assigned onboarding in the app is required before certain work (for example claiming missions that match your site type). Training Center certifications are separate — they strengthen your credentials but are not a blanket requirement to use the app. This public page is for anyone who wants our certifications, including people not yet on the guard roster.
